Hey — I'm Shamil. I'm an AI/ML engineer by trade, but at heart I'm just someone who likes building things and figuring out how they work. Most of my professional work involves agent systems, and data platforms, but I'm always poking at something new on the side.
This site is part portfolio, part maker journal. The case studies and projects pages are where I share the serious work — production systems, real outcomes, lessons from the trenches. The blog is looser. I write about whatever I'm learning, building, or thinking about — sometimes it's a deep technical breakdown, sometimes it's a weekend hack that went sideways.
What I Work On
- Multi-Agent Systems — Designing agent architectures with LangGraph for complex reasoning and task decomposition.
- RAG Pipelines — Building hybrid retrieval systems that combine vector search, knowledge graphs, and traditional methods.
- Data Engineering — Creating analytics platforms with dbt, Snowflake, and modern data stack tooling.
- ML Engineering — Deploying models with FastAPI, building evaluation frameworks, and optimizing inference pipelines.
Right Now
I'm exploring advanced agent orchestration patterns and building tools that make AI systems more reliable and observable. When I'm not doing that, I'm probably tinkering with something completely unrelated and writing about it here.
